Banana bread

Banana bread was literally on everyone's lips during the Corona period; everyone was baking it. We took our time and baked it for the first time now, or rather, my daughter really wanted to try it out. She found a really good recipe and the whole family helped eat it up.

Extra tips:

  • Instead of yogurt, you can also use curd (quark), crème fraîche, or sour cream.
  • To vary the taste, a handful of nuts, such as cashews or walnuts, can be mixed into the dough, or chocolate chips. A pinch of cinnamon or tonka bean also gives it that certain something.
