I first tried a Limoncello Bitter Spritz at one of our favorite wine taverns, Stefan Helm in Prottes, and have been a big fan ever since. This cocktail tastes so wonderfully fruity, simply like summer. Of course, I immediately tried to recreate it at home; here is the recipe:
