Preparation
Cook the Fleckerl al dente, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, dice the onion and slice the leek into rings.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
After a few minutes, add the leek.
Cut the ham into small squares and chop the remaining vegetables as desired.
Add everything to the pan, briefly sauté, and pour in a little water or broth.
Stir in the cooked Fleckerl, heat together for a few minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
