Recipe of the Month – Spicy Noodles from the Wok
Total amount: 400-450 g wok noodles
Tip: It is best to prepare a mixture of the spices – about 1 tbsp full. Very suitable are: ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp salt, 1 pinch of pepper; mix and sprinkle over the dish and serve.

Preparation
Clean the spring onion, wash and cut into coarse rings.
Wash the bell pepper, cut into thin strips and stir-fry everything briefly in oil in the wok over high heat.
Drain the sprouts in a sieve and rinse them, then add them together with the soybeans to the wok.
Mix everything well and heat through.
Add coconut milk and water, season well and bring to a boil.
Stir the uncooked wok noodles vigorously into the vegetable-coconut mixture and cook until soft for about 5 minutes.
Serve the noodles directly from the wok onto the plate, garnished with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro.
Tips & Notes
