Ingredients: 5 Stk Eier (hartgekocht); 50 g Butter (zerlassen); 125 g Topfen; 2 EL Sauerrahm; 1 EL Senf; 1 Prise Pfeffer; 1 Prise Salz; 1 Spritzer Zitronensaft; 2 Bund Schnittlauch

Here I tried a really great egg spread with quark that we liked very much, here is the recipe:

Ingredients

5 pcs eggs (hard-boiled)
50 g Butter (melted)
125 g quark
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mustard
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
1 splash of lemon juice
2 bunches of chives

Preparation

Blend melted Butter, Topfen, Sauerrahm, and mustard with an immersion blender.
Chop the hard?boiled eggs and add them to the egg spread.
Then season with salt, pepper and lemon and stir in chives, or sprinkle a few on top as decoration.
The creamy egg spread is ready.
