Panna Cotta is a delicious Italian dessert that is very quick to prepare and can be varied in taste again and again with side dishes. The preparation usually uses the pulp of a vanilla bean; if you don't have that at home, you can also use vanilla sugar. We liked it very much, here is the recipe:

As a side, fruit is recommended, puréed or whole, or caramel syrup. I used chocolate sprinkles and the Rote-Früchte as well as the Erdbeer-Vanille Fruchtikus as accompaniments. It also looks nice when you arrange individual berries on the plate. The children had a lot of fun decorating it themselves; you can use colorful sugar sprinkles or various fruits here.
