Lara and her friend tried these good peanut butter bars. Nothing needs to be baked here, it just needs to be chilled. The bars are a great snack for in between or as a dessert. We really liked them:

Preparation
First, finely blend the oats, cashews, and salt in a blender.
Transfer everything into a large bowl.
Then melt the peanut butter and maple syrup in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Stir the milk and vanilla extract in well with a mixer or whisk.
Now add this mixture to the oats and nuts and mix well again.
Pit the dates and cut them into small pieces.
Pour this mixture into the baking pan and smooth it out.
Sprinkle the peanut butter bars with the dates and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours — we kept them in the refrigerator.
