For the pralines, mix the Baileys and the 125 g desiccated coconut well in a bowl and let it soak for approx. 40 minutes.
Then melt the white chocolate over steam, and mix in the butter and whipping cream.
Add this mixture to the Baileys-coconut mixture and stir well.
Now put the praline mixture into the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Then remove from the refrigerator and form small balls with damp hands.
Roll the balls in the remaining desiccated coconut.
Store the Baileys balls very cool (preferably in the refrigerator).
