Recipe for a Big Mac salad

Ingredients

• 1 small iceberg lettuce
• 1 pack of processed cheese slices (or grated cheddar)
• 4 pickles
• 200 g minced meat
• 1 tbsp neutral oil (for frying)
• Salt
• Pepper
• Big Mac sauce from McDonald's

For those who don't have the sauce ready:

• 100 g salad cream (e.g., Miracle Whip)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp French dressing (with a little dill)
• 3 tbsp pickled gherkins (very finely diced)
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 3 tbsp onions (finely diced)
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp tomato ketchup
• Salt
• 1 tbsp pickle juice (or sweet-and-sour pickle relish)

Preparation

1. Stir the sauce well with all the ingredients and season with salt.

2. Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil.

3. Chop the pickles and add them with the lettuce to a bowl, then add the still-warm minced meat.

4. Pour the sauce over and sprinkle with cheese.

5. Really tastes like a Big Mac.
