Lara chose this recipe for a protein breakfast. I'm really impressed by how good it tastes and how quickly it can be prepared in the microwave. Lara chopped the oats (fine cut) into smaller pieces again (works great with the Tupperware Turbo-Chef). For topping she warmed frozen berries in the microwave, then on the plate added: Skyr, chocolate chips, cinnamon and peanut butter. It really tastes great.

Preparation
Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt in a sufficiently large microwave-safe bowl. To prevent it from overflowing — the batter rises — use a large bowl!
Add the almond milk and stir everything into a smooth batter.
Place the batter in the microwave at 700 to 800 watts and heat initially for 60 seconds. Now briefly check whether the center is still very runny — if so, heat for another 10 to 20 seconds.
Let stand for 1 minute, as the cake will continue to cook. The cake should be firm at the edges and still slightly soft in the middle.
Tips & Notes
Do not heat for too long — otherwise the cake will become too dry.
