Everyone knows what it's like to enjoy a sundowner on vacation, right? You can mix this cocktail at home, too. Here are the instructions:

Ingredients

3 cl tequila
2 cl Aperol
2 cl lemon or lime juice
1 cl agave syrup
1 splash of soda water
3 ice cubes

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously.
Place ice cubes in a nice glass and pour the cocktail into it.
The Sundowner is garnished with a lemon or lime slice.
