Preparation
The steaks are removed from the packaging, rinsed under running water, patted dry with a paper towel, and then pounded flat.
To do this, place the butterfly steaks on a cutting board, cover with cling film and evenly flatten them using a pan.
Once the desired thickness is reached, remove the film and season the steak on both sides with salt and pepper.
Next, fill the steaks one by one with a slice of ham and cheese, then secure them with a wooden skewer or a roulade skewer.
For this, seal the butterfly steaks well and fasten them together firmly with the skewer and stick.
Now heat a little oil in a sufficiently large pan and fry them in portions briefly on both sides until nicely crispy.
Cooking time approximately: 5 minutes.
