Preparation
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat the oil in a pan and place the salmon skin-side down in the pan.
Cook over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the salmon turns light pink or whitish.
Drizzle the finished salmon with a little lemon juice.
Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the green beans until al dente. This takes about 4 to 5 minutes.
Drain and place on a plate.
Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the potatoes with the skins on until al dente. With the skins on, the potatoes usually take a bit longer: 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain and fry in a pan with a little butter and parsley until crispy.
Arrange the salmon, potatoes and green beans on a plate.
