I love these pull-apart breads, now Lara and her friend have tried another pull-apart bread, this one looks so beautiful because it is braided:

Preparation
First, the garlic is baked. To do this, halve each garlic clove, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for 45 to 60 minutes until soft and golden brown. Set aside and let cool.
Now the Tangzhong is made. Whisk the ingredients in a small pot until there are no more lumps. Stir constantly over medium heat until it looks like mashed potatoes, then remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Put the Tangzhong together with the bread dough ingredients, except for the butter, into a food processor and knead with the dough hook for 5 minutes; the dough should come together nicely. Only now add the butter and mix again for 8 to 10 minutes. Cover the dough in the bowl and let it rise for 1.5 hours until it has doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts and form into balls. Cover again and let rest for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, grease the baking pan with butter and prepare the filling. To do this, mix the soft butter, salt, baked garlic, and herbs in a small bowl.
Take a dough ball and roll it out with a rolling pin into an elongated oval of about 8 cm. Spread some filling on it and cut lengthwise slits into it - don't cut all the way through here. Then grasp both ends and twist them in opposite directions into a braid. Then form it into a knot and place it in the baking pan.
You can see it exactly in the girls' video here:

Repeat the whole process with the other 8 balls. Then cover again and let rest for a full 30 minutes. The dough should be noticeably puffed up.
