Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. However, do not rinse the mushrooms under running water for this; instead use a kitchen paper towel and simply wipe away the coarse dirt.
If you put the mushrooms in water, they soak up the liquid and become soggy.
Now heat a little oil in a pan and add the finely chopped sweet onion. You don't need to throw the mushroom stems in the organic waste; instead, remove the outer skin and dice them finely as well.
Then sauté the diced stems with the onions. Now add the diced Gorgonzola cheese and the diced toast. Once a firm mixture gradually forms in the pan, it can be stuffed into the mushrooms.
Now just let the mushrooms crisp up at 180° for about 15 minutes and enjoy the treat.
