Recipe for stuffed bell peppers

Tip: a delicious sauce can easily be conjured up from the juices in the roasting pan. Simply pour the juices into a small pot, season with some vegetable broth, tomato paste, and possibly pepper and paprika powder, and thicken with sauce thickener as a finish. Boiled potatoes are excellent with this dish, but rice or spaetzle also work well. Photo by Janine, meinhaushalt.at/guterezepte
