One evening my daughter cooked chicken with cashews, just for herself. After tasting it, it was clear that I wanted to cook it too. She sent me the recipe (of course, in English) and I changed it a little and tried it out too. I like it sooo much, here it is for you to make:

Preparation
First, make the sauce: To do this, mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and set aside.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
For marinating, add the soy sauce, pepper and salt, as well as the cornstarch, to the chicken in the bowl and mix everything well.
Now heat a pan with some oil and lightly fry the cashews.
Place in a bowl and let cool.
In a pot of hot water, cook the broccoli and the frozen vegetables, as well as the soybeans, until done.
Drain and put into a casserole dish.
Cut the onion and the bell pepper into larger pieces.
Heat a pan with some oil and sauté the onion in it for about 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat; it should become nice and soft.
Then add the bell pepper and sauté it briefly.
Finally add the garlic and briefly sauté it.
Add the vegetables to the baking dish as well.
Heat the pan again with some oil and now fry the chicken until it's cooked through.
Now pour the sauce over the chicken, bring briefly to a boil, then put into the casserole dish, mix everything well and serve sprinkled with the cashews and sesame seeds.
