Yogurt dressing with mustard and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup plain yogurt, light, low-fat, creamy
• 1 knife-tip of mustard
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 splash of white balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 clove garlic, pressed or finely chopped
• Salt
• Pepper

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
