Lara and her friend cooked these baked potatoes for us. We had them as a side dish and they were really good. Here is the recipe:
Recipe for potatoes with rosemary
The potatoes are a good side dish but also very good as a main course. Serve here with a dip or salad.

Preparation
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) top and bottom heat.
Remove the rosemary from the sprigs and chop finely.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the potato until soft; that usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Poke it with a fork to check whether it is already soft.
Then drain the potatoes, spread them out on the baking paper, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the rosemary.
Finish baking the whole thing in the oven at 180° C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
The potatoes should be lightly browned.
