I tried an apricot spritzer at Heuriger Schabel and was absolutely thrilled. You absolutely have to try this fruity variation of a white wine spritzer, so either head to Heuriger Schabel or make it at home:

Ingredients

1/8 l white wine
1/8 l soda water
1 dash of apricot nectar
4 ice cubes
Sprig of rosemary (optional garnish)

Preparation

Put the ice cubes into a large glass, then pour in the white wine and the soda water.
Finally, add a splash of apricot nectar.
Tastes wonderfully fruity!
