I tried this recipe today because it's quick, simple and uses good ingredients that (hopefully) the whole family will enjoy. I really like these one-pot dishes; you mix everything together in an ovenproof dish and let the oven finish cooking the meal.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180° C (fan).
Wash the bell pepper and cut into small pieces. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Take a baking dish and put the rice, bell pepper and chicken directly into it.
In a measuring bowl mix the crème fraîche with the tomato paste and pour over the casserole. Also pour the vegetable broth over it.
Sprinkle paprika powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper over it.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and parsley.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake at 180°C (fan) for 40 to 50 minutes.
Tips & Notes
For me, 40 minutes were enough. Sprinkle everything with fresh parsley on the plate.
