Prosciutto is something very fine for me, and so it also finds its way onto a salad. Here I have a recipe with lots of ingredients that we really enjoy:
Recipe for a salad with prosciutto and cheddar
Extra tip:This salad can be wonderfully varied: try it with radishes, bell peppers, kohlrabi pieces, any kind of sprouts (radish sprouts, mustard sprouts, arugula sprouts, etc.), or with other seeds like flaxseeds. Instead of cheddar, mozzarella also works very well. As for the lettuce, it doesn't always have to be butterhead lettuce; I also like to use iceberg lettuce, arugula, or lamb's lettuce. Of course, you can also experiment wonderfully with the dressing; for example, I really like a mango balsamic vinegar or raspberry vinegar mixed with olive oil and flaxseed oil. You can really experiment a lot with the dressing.
