My daughter tried out a recipe for savory oatmeal here. An interesting combination, I must say, but it was really very good. With the many lovely ingredients, such as sugar snap peas, broccoli, corn, and also avocados, you get a real explosion of flavor in your mouth. Definitely give it a try:

Preparation
Heat the almond drink in a pot, stir in the oats, corn, Vegeta, turmeric and cumin and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes over low heat.
Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the broccoli, the beans and the sugar snap peas.
Deglaze with 4 tbsp of water and simmer until the water has evaporated.
In the meantime, mix the tahini with the lime juice, salt, and a little water in a small bowl until a viscous sauce is formed.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit and cut into strips.
Wash the tomatoes and halve them
Now first fill the oatmeal into a plate, then arrange the vegetables on top, distribute the avocado and tomatoes on top, and serve with the sauce.
