Recipe for chocolate glaze

Ingredients

• 120 g dark or white couverture
• 30 g butter
• 25 g powdered sugar, sifted

Preparation

1. Chop the couverture and heat it to 50° C in a water bath. Add the butter and powdered sugar to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth. Let the glaze cool down a little before applying it to the cake.
