Goes great with beef, Tafelspitz, smoked meat, ribs, game dishes, meat dishes, grilled food, but also with fish, such as zander.

Ingredients

3 bread rolls (Semmeln)
350 ml beef broth
12 g horseradish (freshly grated)
2 tbsp sour cream
1 pinch of salt/Vegeta

Preparation

Cut the rolls into small pieces, place them in a pot with the beef broth and briefly bring to a boil, then stir until a porridge forms.
Remove from the heat and add the horseradish, sour cream and salt.
