Today I felt like having a savory strudel. With ready-made puff pastry, spinach or chard, and feta cheese, you can prepare a very good vegetarian dish for the family:

Preparation
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Wash the spinach and let it drain well. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion, garlic, and spinach. Sauté the whole thing for about 3-4 minutes; the spinach should have wilted. Let this mixture cool down well.
Preheat the oven to 180° C with top and bottom heat.
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the spinach mixture in the center of the puff pastry. Let the feta cheese drain a little and then crumble it over the spinach. Roll up the dough and seal the ends well.
Bake the strudel in the oven at 180°C (356°F) top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes. The strudel should be slightly browned.
Tips & Notes
If you like, you can brush the puff pastry with an egg; it gives it a nice color.
