My daughter wanted to make a mug cake herself, so she picked out a recipe and 'baked' the cake all by herself. I was amazed, she made the cake just in the microwave and it was really very good. That's why here is the recipe, the cake is super quick if unexpected guests arrive and it really tastes good:

Ingredients

1 egg
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp Nutella
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 large mug

Preparation

Put all ingredients into the mug and stir well.
Put the mixture in the microwave (we set it to 800 W) and 'bake' it for about 2 minutes.
Done!
