A fruity tiramisu with strawberries is a great variation of the classic dessert from Italy. This one also contains no alcohol or raw eggs, making it perfect for children and families. Here is the recipe:

Preparation
Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice and the powdered sugar.
Mix the Mascarpone with the Topfen and 2/3 of the strawberries.
Prepare a large - preferably rectangular - bowl to layer the tiramisu.
First layer the Biskotten in a row along the bottom of the bowl, then spread the Mascarpone-strawberry mixture on top.
Then another layer of Biskotten and then the Mascarpone layer again.
Depending on the size of the bowl, continue like this until you end with the Mascarpone-strawberry mixture.
Finally, spread the 1/3 pureed strawberries as a topping on the tiramisu.
Let the tiramisu soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or even better, overnight.
