The girls tried out a very fruity but also chocolatey tiramisu here, also without alcohol and without raw eggs. Blueberries, shredded coconut, and white chocolate are the basis here. You can find the recipe here:

Preparation
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff.
Then puree 2/3 of the blueberries with 40 g powdered sugar and the lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone, yogurt, and the remaining powdered sugar with a hand mixer until nice and creamy, then add the whipped cream and mix everything into a nice cream.
Prepare a nice large - preferably rectangular - baking dish and start layering.
First layer the blueberry puree, then the mascarpone cream, approx. 2 tbsp shredded coconut and 2 tbsp white chocolate shavings, and then the ladyfingers; layer everything until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the mascarpone cream.
Finally, distribute the remaining blueberries on the tiramisu as a decoration, as well as a few shredded coconut and white chocolate shavings.
Let the tiramisu soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or even better, overnight.
