Preparation
First, whip the heavy cream in a bowl with a hand mixer until stiff.
In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone with 2/3 of the Lotuscreme, then add the stiff whipped cream.
Prepare a bowl of milk for dipping the ladyfingers.
Prepare a large — preferably rectangular — dish in which you can layer the tiramisu.
Now first dip the ladyfingers in the milk and layer them in the dish.
Then dip the Lotuskekse in the milk and layer them on top of the ladyfingers.
Spread half of the Mascarpone-Lotuscreme over it.
Layer more milk-dipped ladyfingers and cookies on the cream and spread the remaining Mascarpone Creme over them.
Now melt 1/3 of the Lotuscreme in a bain-marie, let it cool and spread it over the cream.
Use a toothpick to finely marble the cream.
Let the tiramisu soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or even better, overnight.
Before serving, decorate the tiramisu with a few Lotus biscuits.
